Olayan Europe Limited (OEL) is the Group's investment advisory arm for the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia.

From its historic London offices, OEL monitors and administers a substantial investment portfolio of both public and private equities in a variety of sectors, including financial, communications, consumer and real estate.

The Olayan Group has been active in the UK since 1975 and has long maintained an office in London. Since 1990 OEL has been headquartered in a distinctive Victorian townhouse in London's Mayfair district. Built in early 1870, the historical landmark has been described as "a substantial end-of-terrace town mansion constructed in Portland stone with an eclectic blend of Italianate and French Renaissance features."
