Crescent Holding GmbH (CHG) was established in 1994 as an investment holding company. It is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, and has a branch office in Athens, Greece.

CHG is a subsidiary of Olayan Investments Company Establishment, the parent of The Olayan Group of companies.

Vienna was selected as CHG's headquarters for its favorable business, financial and investment climate and its excellent infrastructure. Vienna has also provided the Group with a good vantage point from which to explore investment opportunities in the emerging Eastern European markets.

The formation of Crescent Holding GmbH has resulted in a larger capital base, economies of scale, streamlining and substantial efficiencies in the administration of The Olayan Group's global investments.
