Al-Bustan Company Ltd. is in the business of developing and operating residential communities for working executives and their families in Saudi Arabia. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Olayan Financing Company.

For many years, Al-Bustan Company Ltd. owned and operated Al-Bustan Village in the eastern coastal city of Al-Khobar on the Arabian Gulf. The Village is a pioneering example in Saudi Arabia of residential and office living that combines the best of eastern traditions and culture with western-style accommodations, services, and conveniences. Lushly landscaped, the Village comprises four self-contained residential compounds: Al-Hada, Al-Zahra, Al-Bustan and Stemco.

Olayan sold Al-Bustan Village in 2007.

Currently, Al-Bustan Company Ltd. is working on new residential developments in Saudi Arabia.

Reflecting the companys mission to provide total lifestyle comfort and well-being, Al-Bustan means the garden in Arabic.
